Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Partner with senior management to provide HR insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Anticipate workforce needs and recommend proactive organizational design solutions.
- Establish HR analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven planning and reporting.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation, mergers, expansions, or restructuring.
- Drive organizational culture programs to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Oversee succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential talent programs.
- Introduce career path frameworks and leadership capability development plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and build future skills for growth.
Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Design and review total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Benchmark compensation packages to remain competitive in the market.
- Recommend long-term incentive plans for senior and critical roles.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Lead strategic employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Conduct engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve retention of key talent.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, contracts, and practices comply with labor laws and internal standards.
- Oversee labor relations and serve as senior representative in negotiations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/strategic role.
- Strong track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and HR leadership.
- Proven ability to influence top management and lead HR transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
