About the role

Acumed Medical Group (Singapore based), a one-stop healthcare solutions company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource support and solutions to our organisation, ensuring the efficient management of our people and talent.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR-related issues, providing guidance and recommendations
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill and empower our employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision-making
What we’re looking for
