Job Description
Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Onboarding and orienting new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation
Administering employee records, benefits and payroll processing
Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programmes
Providing HR advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement
Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Managing industrial relation and disciplinary issues raised
Qualification / Competency
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
At least one (1) year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the service industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
