Are you a passionate HR generalist who excels in recruitment and payroll management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR (Manager/Executive) to play a key role in attracting top talent, managing payroll, and supporting our team’s growth. What You’ll Do:

Lead Recruitment Efforts – Develop job descriptions, post ads, screen candidates, and oversee the hiring process to bring in top talent.

Manage Payroll & Compensation – Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, handle benefits administration, and maintain payroll records.

Onboarding & Employee Experience – Create structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.

HR Policies & Compliance – Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Training & Development – Develop programs that enhance employee growth and retention.

Performance & Employee Relations – Support performance management and handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally.

HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and legal documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.

Excellent recruitment skills – ability to attract and hire the right talent.

Great interpersonal & communication skills – a people person who connects well with employees and candidates.

Proficiency in MS Office (experience with LinkedIn recruitment is a plus).

Problem‑solving mindset – able to handle challenges with professionalism.
