Hercules Engineering (SEA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting the company's human resources operations and contributing to the development of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Providing HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance management
  • Maintaining and updating HR-related documentation and databases
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a human resources or generalist role
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations
