What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in recruitment, from job postings to interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with training & development and employee engagement programmes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and attendance reports.
  • Provide support in payroll processes and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist with HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate internal communications and contribute to a positive work culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of HR-related experience.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) is required to support communication across different employee groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, social media tools, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
