The Executive Human Resources Executive Payroll is responsible for managing the complete payroll and employee claims processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements also this role oversees end-to-end payroll cycle, maintains up-to-date employee compensation data, verifies claims and allowances, and ensures proper documentation and approvals. The Executive serves as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and employees, resolving payroll and claims-related queries, identifying discrepancies, and supporting audits and reporting activities.

Technical Skills
- Payroll Processing: Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll cycles, salary computation, overtime calculation, and payroll reconciliation.

Experiences
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Infotech, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday).
- Experience ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll for all employees.
- Knowledge of wage laws, tax regulations, overtime rules, and statutory deductions.
- Ability to audit payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Experience managing employee reimbursement claims, medical claims, insurance claims, or benefit-related claims.
- Ability to verify documentation, process approvals, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Familiarity with health insurance, or other statutory benefit claim processes.
- Skills in resolving employee issues related to claims accurately and professionally.
HR Operations
- Experience handling employee records, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.
- Ability to support audits and maintain proper documentation
Communication & Coordination
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between employees, finance teams, and management.
