We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and people development. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of hospitality industry standards and is experienced in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations within a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliant HR practices, accurate records, and a positive, well-engaged workforce across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, exit interviews, and clearance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws; monitor and support policy updates when required.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and promote a positive, engaged work environment.
  • Support performance tracking, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks, including attendance, leave tracking, part-timer wages, and intern allowance preparation.
