Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as confirmation, promotion, and resignation letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and generate regular HR reports.
  • Support monthly payroll and benefits administration, including insurance, claims, and employee subsidies.
  • Coordinate expatriate housing arrangements, employment visa renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives such as sports events, company trips, festive celebrations, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Assist in driving HR improvement projects such as flexible benefits, digital transformation, and policy updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
