MB World Group Berhad, a leading property developer in Johor Bahru, Johor, is seeking a talented Human Resources Executive to play a key role in supporting their human capital initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company while enjoying the benefits of working in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices across the organization
Providing support in the recruitment and selection process, including screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding activities
Monthly payroll preparation & administration
Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Administering employee benefits, leave and other HR‑related matters
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR‑related issues and queries
Assisting in the implementation of performance management systems and employee recognition initiatives
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the property development or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record‑keeping and data management
Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies to streamline HR processes
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
