Job Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Primary partner to designated business units.
- Partner with business function leaders to understand strategic business priorities and develop
- corresponding people plans.
- Translate business needs into people solutions in areas such as workforce planning, succession, and
- capability building.
- Provide insights on organization structure, manpower optimization, and workforce productivity.
Talent & Performance Management
- Support leaders to facilitate performance management cycle, calibration, and talent reviews.
- Facilitate job grading evaluation and calibration with Regional Compensation & Benefit team and
- leaders.
- Identify high‑potential employees and partner with Talent Management & Development team for
- development plans.
- Support career development and internal mobility programs.
Employee Engagement & Shaping Culture
- Lead employee engagement activities aligned with ZUS Zealous, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) relevant to the local cultural specific.
- Provide coaching and when required to facilitate leaders on effective employee relations and engagement issues together with PMIR team.
- Align and collaborate with Regional People & Culture and cross‑country People & Culture Business Partners to strengthen organizational culture and retention initiatives.
- Integrate DEI into People & Culture strategies and practices to ensure ZUS commitment delivers.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure leaders and business functions comply with country governing laws and internal P&C governance, eg: labour laws and internal people policies, code of conduct and etc.
- Ensure smooth delivery of end‑to‑end cycle of HR operations.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance cases with fairness and compliance.
People Leadership
- Guiding junior people & culture personnels for their development and enhance support capabilities to the designated business unit.
- Lead and contribute to People & Culture global initiatives/ projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/ human psychology or relevant field.
- Min. 7 years of HR business partnering experience or breadth of HRs or has worked directly with the country leader.
- Proven track record in managing business organisation structure.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a high‑growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- High resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Compassionate in people and strong business acumen.
