Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into effective HR solutions.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment drives and group hiring.
  • Drive performance management, career progression, and succession planning processes.
  • Identify Learning & Development needs and implement programs to enhance workforce performance.
  • Provide HR advisory support, ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and system enhancement activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, recruitment, or general HR functions.
  • Strong business acumen with passion in building a long-term career in Human Resources.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
