1. Recruitment Execution
  • Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Hiring Manager Support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection.
3. Candidate Management & Experience
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding interview timelines and hiring outcomes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
