City-Link Express and Logistics – Petaling

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Glenmarie, Selangor. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's human resource functions.

What you'll be doing
  • New Staff, Temporary Staff & Contract Staff Processing (compiling relevant documents for approval and preparing Letter of Appointment).
  • Processing staff resignation, show cause and termination including the handling of disciplinary matters as and when required.
  • Processing SOCSO claim, including registering new staff in SOCSO (EIS) online website.
  • Handling matters relating to TMS / LMS System such as monitoring staff attendance and leave record.
  • Processing payroll related matters pertaining to payslip checking, claims payment, overtime monitoring and payment of all statutory payments.
  • Monitoring contract renewal/temporary status.
  • Preparing various reports, not limited to final comparison reports and finance reports.
  • Monitoring and processing staff confirmation, including year‑end appraisal & bonus summary.
  • Following all ISO and Company policies and procedures.
  • Handling any additional tasks handed by HOD/Superior from time to time.
  • Keying in claims and ensuring payment is made as per claim submitted and company policy for the BSP region.
  • Calculating final payment for resigned staff and ensuring salary is calculated as per the Employment Act.
  • Supporting the handling of company medical claims vendor (EMAS).
  • Handling the full spectrum of HR recruitment activities, not limited to job advertising, resume screening, hiring and staff requisition forms.
  • Supporting the handling of disciplinary issues and industrial relations matters.
What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the HR services industry.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.

Proficient in using HR‑related software and tools.

Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

Possess a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
