This is an office-based position, responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll and benefits, and employee relations.

Job Description
  • Handle full spectrum of HR responsibilities
  • Work with HR Manager to strategically develop HR initiatives and policies that is aligned with overall business strategy and current HR laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee salary plans, handle monthly payroll / EPF / SOCSO contribution etc.
  • Update and maintain employee records, HR letters, company memo, notices etc.
  • Monitor and maintain records of employee benefits and welfare such as company assets for employees, personnel insurance, medical claims, HRDF, employee leaves and holidays
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, conduct orientation programme for new employees
  • Coordinate and liaise with external consultants / organisations on local and foreign employee training and recruitment, etc.
  • Perform other ad hoc jobs as required
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree
  • Independent judgement, able to work independently and also in a team
  • Familiar with applications, renewals and submission of working permit for local and foreign workers
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Trustworthy, honest and able to handle confidential information
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL Payroll
  • Preferably Executive specialised in Human Resources (General HR)
