As a Human Resource Executive (Hiring) at PHARMA NORD SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively explore and utilize effective and resourceful recruitment channels to attract suitable talent.
  • Fulfil hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates, and forwarding shortlisted CVs to Hiring Managers.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Provide support and guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Conduct research and talent market reviews using relevant hiring platforms to support recruitment activities.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR Hiring or recruitment-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
  • Self-confident with strong communication skills.
  • Well‑organised with good planning and time management skills.
  • High level of ethics and professionalism in managing company and employees’ personal data.
