A leading educational consulting firm in Shah Alam is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and compliance. Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years working experience in related role.

  • Fluent in English and Malay, Tamil is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
  • Handle the full cycle of payroll processing.
  • Liaise with government agencies for compliance.
  • Manage recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records and attendance tracking.
  • Handle Industrial Relations activities.
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal exercises.
  • Assist management with company policy development.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; post graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or related fields.
  • At least 1‑2 years working experience in related role.
  • Good communication, creative & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong customer‑mind and multi‑tasking.
  • Good in details and able to meet deadlines.
  • Candidate must possess own transportation due to work location and is required to travel within Klang Valley for business purpose.
  • Great communication skill in English and Malay. Able to converse in Tamil in an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, training, and other HR matters.
  • Handling in the full cycle of payroll processing, monthly statutory payment contribution for the company and yearly tax declaration.
  • Liaise with all government agencies: KWSP, PERKESO, & LHDN to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
  • Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, and etc.
  • Maintain HR records such as employee e‑personal files and attendance tracking of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for all Industrial Relations activities at company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, misconduct and etc.
  • To execute disciplinary actions for all misconducts inconsistent with the fulfilment of the expressed or implied conditions of service, inefficiency, indiscipline, negligence or any breach of the terms and conditions of the policies of the Company.
  • Conduct and advise on the yearly performance appraisal exercise for the Company.
  • Assist the management with developing company policies and employee hand book.
  • Able to carry out any other extra task related to HR and Administration.
