A leading HR management firm in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 1-2 years of HR-related experience, is proficient in both English and Mandarin, and has strong organizational skills. Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of HR-related experience.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) is required to support communication across different employee groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with HRIS, social media tools, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
