Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, from job postings to interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with training & development and employee engagement programmes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
  • Provide support in payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist with policy implementation.
  • Coordinate internal communications and contribute to a positive work culture.
