Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team, with a focus on learning and development. This role will be responsible for identifying skill gaps and planning development programs to upskill employees and strengthen workforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, and a genuine interest in fostering employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Plan, design, felicitously, and implement effective training programs that support employee performance, engagement, and career development.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, materialsBill preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage the submission and documentation of HRDF-claimable training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reimbursement.
  • Liaise with external training providers and monitor program quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions (where applicable) on soft skills, leadership, and related topics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Support the roll out and execution of talent development initiatives, career progression plans, and talent management strategies.
  • Compile and analyse data related to our sustainability initiatives to support the company’s environmental and social and governance goals.
  • Prepare monthly sustainability performance reports, showcasing progress and outcomes.

Requirements:
