Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development, and ensure compliance with HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related fields, along with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience. Job description

Implement the company’s recruitment plan based on manpower requirements.

Conduct interviews, and administer personality, ethics, and professional assessments to identify qualified candidates.

Manage cooperation with head hunters, recruitment agencies, and online job platforms, including maintaining related agreements.

Publish and distribute recruitment advertisements through various channels such as online platforms, newspapers, job fairs, universities, and recruitment partners.

Handle arrival and departure arrangements for foreign workers, and report employment or termination to relevant government authorities.

Prepare Appointment Letters for new hires.

Arrange and conduct Exit Interviews for employees leaving the company.

Training & Development

Conduct new employee induction, orientation, and onboarding programs.

Identify and source suitable training programs in line with job requirements and propose recommendations to superior.

Manage HRD (Human Resource Development) activities, including training selection, HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) claims, and related correspondence with government sectors.

Maintain and update in-house, on-the-job, and external training records, including employee evaluations upon completion of training.

Support performance evaluation processes and assist in identifying training or development needs to address performance gaps.

HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation and employee records in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.

Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or related discipline
  2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR and recruitment, training functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
  4. Proactive and able to work independently
  5. Responsible, result-oriented, and self-motivated
  6. Positive working attitude and good psychological resilience
