Job description

As a Human Resource Executive, you will be primarily involved in the talent acquisition activity (from define & refine the ICP, to plan & execute hiring activities from job portal & social media management, campus outreach & career fair). You will also work with the team to establish & maintain employer branding via strategic media engagement & social media content curation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the entire talent management life cycle
  • Work with universities and colleges to establish intern talent pipeline
  • Manage job portal/posting and outbound prospecting on prospective talents
  • Collaborate with product and customer team to develop development and team engagement activities
  • Assists in translating Total Motivation (TOMO) framework into execution
  • Assists in revenue operation-related operations, including customer renewal and market research
  • Engage in minor corporate service and development-related administrative matters, such as office maintenance, liaise with government and industry development agencies on talent-related matters
Job Requirements
Must-have
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Public Relation
  • Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Adaptable to changes and fast work pace
  • Resourceful and self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Extremely organized and disciplined
Great to have
  • Experience in recruiting / HR operation
  • Experience with configuring & maintenance of ATS
  • Proficient in Chinese
  • Foundational knowledge in using Canva
