What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintaining employee records and files in an organised manner
  • Coordinating office management tasks, such as procurement, inventory control, and facility management
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's overall objectives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management principles, including recruitment, talent management, and employment law
  • Proficient in handling administrative tasks, such as office management, procurement, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
