A healthcare services company based in Semenyih is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the complete hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in HR Management and have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment. Strong numerical and communication skills are essential. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Prepare job descriptions and ensure they are updated and aligned with company needs.
Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through multiple channels: online platforms, social media, referrals, schools, career fairs, etc.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure timely hiring to meet operational requirements.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout all hiring stages.
Conduct reference checks and background screening where required.
Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Handle candidate queries and provide a positive candidate experience.
Prepare onboarding schedules and assist new hires on their first day.
Ensure new employees complete all forms, training, and compliance documents.
Coordinate induction programs and initial job training with relevant departments.
Promote the company’s employer brand through attractive job ads and recruitment content.
Maintain the company’s social media presence for recruitment purposes.
Support HR events such as career fairs, open interviews, and outreach programs.
Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover rate.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for management.
Ensure recruitment practices follow HR policies, labour laws, and company regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and adherence to audit requirements.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Provide suggestions to improve recruitment strategies and workflows.
Assist in other HR activities when required: training, payroll support, employee engagement, etc.
