Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full spectrum HR activities across the organization - in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Implement performance appraisal systems, setting performance goals and expectations, providing feedback and coaching to employees, conduct performance evaluations, and manage performance improvement plans (PIP) when necessary.
- Industrial Relations/Employee Relations (IR/ER): Manage relationships between the organization and its employees, including handling grievances, disputes and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work culture and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Manpower Planning by forecasting future staffing needs based on business objectives, analyzing current workforce capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing strategies to address them. This may include workforce restructuring, succession planning, and talent pipelining.
- Employee Engagement by developing initiatives to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and enhance employee satisfaction and retention. This could involve organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other fringe benefits.
Requirements / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4 years in a similar HR role, with a focus on generalist functions.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
