Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and manpower planning.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, transfers, disciplinary matters, and exits.
  • Conduct screening interviews and support manpower planning for the Manufacturing division.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll processing, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and support employee development initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR and employment‑related matters.
  • Assist in general office administration matters including coordination of company dinners, staff events, and employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
