Job description
Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, encompassing job postings, interviewing, and the onboarding of new employees.

Establish an efficient filing system and meticulously maintain HR records and documentation.

To prepare all the employment contracts and letters included appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause letter & any other related letter.

To conduct and handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling session and & discipline issue.

Assist payroll department by providing them up‑to‑date information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

Administer monthly payroll processing, including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), annual Form E & Form EA preparation, and Form 22 submission to local authorities.

Stay current on labour laws and regulations to ensure the company’s ongoing compliance.

Frequently interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information.

Exercise oversight of day‑to‑day office operations, covering office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Coordinate or lead on company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Company trip etc.

Manage workplace health and safety matters.

To provide support to the Account Department (Some basic Account knowledge).

Attend to ad‑hoc tasks as and when required by superior.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as in‑house training will be provided.
  • At least 1 year(s) of related HR knowledge, skill, and experience.
  • Required Software skill(s): Proficient in computer, specifically Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required manner(s): Good written and communication skills, meticulous, ability to multi‑task positive attitude, responsible, patient, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own vehicle for job requirement.
  • Specific Training for software skills improvement.
