Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Team to organize corporate events, including monthly team bonding activities, company dinners, company trip, and festive celebrations.
  • Policy Management & HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct.
  • Manage legal documentation, employment contracts, and statutory HR requirements.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development: Manage annual performance appraisal processes and quarterly reviews.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews and career development.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to support employee growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Assist with monthly payroll preparation and calculations.
  • Review and optimize compensation policies based on employee feedback and market trends.
  • Address employee concerns regarding compensation, benefits, and incentives.
  • HR Operations Support: Provide timely responses to general HR inquiries related to policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Oversee and support daily HR operations, ensuring consistency in HR practices.
  • Maintain company records, employee files, and confidential documents.
  • Administration Operation Support: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate office security, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors for cleaning services, plant rentals, and other office necessities.
  • Oversee the timely renewal of company licenses.
  • Ad hoc Human Resource and Administrative task given as when by superior.
Qualifications
  • Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Human Resources & Administration experience, proficient in labour laws & regulations.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
