Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the people agenda and delivering seamless HR solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
    • Driving employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.
    • Coordinating university engagement programs, including campus partnerships, student outreach, and competitions.
    • Managing the Internship Program, including selection, onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
    • Planning and executing career fairs, industry events, and branding activities.
    • Supporting the development of marketing materials, social media content, and branding campaigns.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience
    • Supporting end-to-end employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, wellness programs, recognition events, and cultural activities.
    • Analyzing feedback from surveys and supporting action planning with HRBP and leadership.
    • Assisting in developing creative engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Business Partnering
    • Providing day-to-day HRBP support to assigned functions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
    • Assisting with workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and talent development processes.
    • Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth and aligned HR delivery.
    • Collaborating with HR Shared Delivery teams on HR operations, employee data, and HR system-related matters.
    • Participating in HR advisory activities, resolving basic employee queries, and escalating complex matters as needed.
  • HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
    • Assisting in documentation, reporting, and communications for HR-related programs.
    • Contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Job Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of working experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HRBP support, or HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for employer branding, employee engagement, and HR development.
  • Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong team player with high learning agility.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
