  • Support HR administration, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and basic workforce-related issues.
  • Support HR data tracking, reporting, and workforce analysis.
  • Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an HRM Apprentice to support the Human Resource team at Roland Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd. This contract role offers hands‑on exposure to HR operations within a manufacturing environment, with a primary focus on foreign worker management and contract workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities
