Aurora Talent is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead and manage HR systems across the region. This role will act as the HRIS technology lead, driving system enhancements, data analytics, and project execution while supporting HR and business users.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in SAP HR system management, HR data analysis, system configuration, and regional HRIS initiatives, including system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & System Management
- Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, primarily supporting SAP HR systems.
- Manage system configurations, user access, data structures, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve them.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and system security.
HR Data & Reporting
- Analyze HR data and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, including headcount, turnover, attrition, and workforce analytics.
- Support HR and management with insights derived from HR data to aid decision-making.
Project & Change Management
- Lead and support HRIS projects such as system implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
- Coordinate between HR, IT, and regional/global stakeholders for large-scale system changes.
- Support future system integration initiatives (current SAP system is not yet integrated with Eastern Hemisphere platforms).
User Support & Enablement
- Act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related queries.
- Provide system training, guidance, and documentation to HR users.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes through system optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR / SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors (SAP specialist is a must).
- Proven exposure to HRIS project management, including system rollouts, implementations, or upgrades.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with regional or shared service HR environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
