Role Overview

We are seeking a talented HRD Corp (formally HRDF) Trainer to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Description
  • Conduct engaging HRD Corp (formally HRDF) approved training sessions, workshops, and seminars (physical or online).
  • Design or adapt course materials, presentation slides, and learning assessments.
  • Deliver content effectively to various audience levels — from entry-level to management.
  • Ensure programs meet HRD Corp (formally HRDF) requirements and align with learning objectives.
  • Evaluate participants’ feedback and continuously improve delivery approach.
  • Collaborate with internal program and marketing teams to refine training offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and KPI tracking.
Job Requirements
  • Possess Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification approved by HRDCorp (a must for HRDF claimable programs).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting corporate training or public speaking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to engage participants effectively and deliver practical insights.
  • Expertise in one or more areas (e.g. Leadership, Communication, Sales, Marketing, Digital Skills, IT, HR, Finance, etc.).
  • Willing to travel occasionally for training at branches or hubs.
