This is a full-time permanent role

Basic Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Variable Bonuses

Work location: Redhill (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6pm

This role will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HRBP Executive builds strong stakeholder relationships to support effective HR operations. Ideal for proactive, people-focused individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and value strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HODs and Team Leads on recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and headcount tracking
  • Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
  • Advise staff on HR policies to support engagement and communication
  • Support staff engagement initiatives and take meeting minutes
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related matters
  • Assist with performance reviews, annual declarations, and HRIS testing
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, surveys, and general HR admin tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with high degree of initiatives and resourcefulness
  • Ability to multitask, with positive and can-do attitude
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage
