The position develops and implements HR and administrative strategies that align with Calisto’s mission, values, and business objectives, focusing on people excellence, compliance, and organizational efficiency. Acting as a key management role, it bridges people, policy, and performance, driving growth through structured workforce planning, strong employee relations, and effective operational support.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Expertise with office management software Microsoft 365 Business
  • Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
  • Experienced in retail and optical is bonus.
  • Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems that support business and operational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding, and probation reviews.
  • Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) including KPI tracking, appraisals, and performance review cycles.
  • Oversee employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, insurance, medical, allowances).
  • Ensure all benefits and payroll-related policies are communicated clearly and consistently across all outlets and departments.
