HR Shared Services Process Owner - Hire-to-Retire
- Design, define, implement, and continuously optimize the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process to achieve maximum operational efficiency and a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR processes and business objectives.
- Lead global initiatives to standardize and harmonize HR processes across regions.
- Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams to ensure consistent practices.
- Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making and track performance metrics.
A successful HR Shared Service Global Process Owner should have:
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to HR Process Design, Optimization, or Shared Services operations.
- Proven, hands-on experience in designing, documenting, and standardizing end-to-end "Hire-to-Retire" (H2R) processes across multiple countries or regions.
- Excellent English proficiency is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage due to regular communication with mandarin speaker stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading a HR Shared Services (HSS) migration, implementation, or transformation project (e.g., migrating processes from local HR teams to a centralized HSS model).
- Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms such as Workday system.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
