Job description
Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resources

Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management, interviews, gathering feedback and preparing recruitment reports.

Work closely with the HR Manager on manpower requirements and support all departments on recruitment matters.

Arrange and coordinate various in‑house and external training programs, maintain training records.

Liaise with training providers, HRDF grant and related issues.

Handle periodic briefings on company policies and compliances.

Support HR initiatives and activities such as the company annual dinner and teambuilding events.

Support admin and any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • 7 years or more in an Assistant Manager role with relevant hands‑on experience in recruitment for engineering sectors.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Mandarin prioritized for dealing with Mandarin‑speaking counterparts.
  • A confidential person and a good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Keeping up to date with current employment legislation.
