An international dairy company in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the smooth implementation of transformation activities. The role requires managing local teams, aligning resources, and executing operational plans effectively. Responsibilities include tracking progress, managing risks, and creating documentation for knowledge transfer and training. Strong project management experience and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Acts as the local representative and liaison between the central transformation team and the country or Hub organization. The primary purpose is to ensure smooth implementation of transformation activities at the country and Hub level and provides the sign off on behalf of the country and the hub.
Transformation Lead
Executing activities on the ground, ensuring local teams follow the plan, and feeding back progress and risks to the Transformation Lead.
Local implementation reports and feedback on progress.
Data inputs for readiness checks and Readiness criteria validation.
Set‑up, execution and track cut‑over/ramp‑up plan locally.
Completing the planning and scheduling for KT, training activities and testing.
Creating operational planning and progress documents for testing, knowledge transfer and training activities.
Tracking progress in documents for KT, Testing & Training activities.
Local risk and dependency logs for escalation.
Resource alignment in the hub in collaboration with team leads: ensuring workload balance between iteration, KT, BAU, etc.
Create in alignment with People Services & Solutions (PS&S) Leads and TL for the KT plan. Follow and execution of KT plan. Provide input for planning on PS&S daily operations.
Documentation for KT (SOP, WI) are received and reviewed before KT by receiving agents/lead.
Part of PS&S Management Team meetings – provide progress updates and co-create mitigation of risk.
Track progress against readiness criteria from receiving perspective in planning and progress documents.
Highlight local dependencies and risks to the Transformation Lead, escalates if necessary.
Validate that readiness activities meet agreed standards before sign-off.
Create and execute the cut‑over / ramp‑up plan, in collaboration and alignment with the PS&S leads. The Project Manager is responsible for the operational execution after that.
Understand the interdependencies across process clusters deliverables.
Work with the PS&S Tier 1 and Tier 2 leads to manage BPE/Agents availability.
