We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of payroll systems, with experience in new company setups. Capable of building and implementing payroll management systems from scratch, including policy development, process optimization, and payroll system configuration, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
Develop payroll management policies and standard operating procedures to meet legal and business requirements.
Independently manage payroll calculations, tax deductions, KWSP contributions, and preparation of related reports.
Conduct regular payroll data audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Ensure payroll operations comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Handle audits and government inquiries related to payroll.
Responsible for managing attendance systems, including tracking, monitoring, and optimizing attendance records.
Provide payroll analysis and insights to management to support decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
At least 5 years of payroll management experience, with proven expertise in setting up payroll systems from scratch.
Strong understanding of labor laws and plant operations.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
