Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding & staff retention
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic branches
• Monitor staff performance, KPIs & discipline
• Manage stock & inventory control
• Ensure SOP compliance and service quality
• Support sales reporting & operational efficiency
• Act as the bridge between management, doctors & staff

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in HR, operations or management
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Organised, detail‑oriented & proactive
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, retail or hospitality is a plus
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment
