About the Role

Finexus is transforming how we manage and support our people.

As an HR Operations Associate, you’ll own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle from onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, to offboarding and compliance. You’ll work closely with HR, Talent & Culture, and business teams to deliver accurate, timely, and people-friendly HR services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, process improvement, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Own the full employee lifecycle for assigned groups, including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.

Manage payroll end-to-end: calculate, verify, and ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Administer benefits, leave, and claims, ensuring employees have access to clear and accurate information.

Prepare and issue HR-related letters, such as appointment letters, salary certificates, employment verification, and promotion letters.

Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and related documentation.

Maintain HR records, data, and systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Handle work permits, visas, and compliance requirements for Overseas employees.

Support employee engagement initiatives, including HR events and internal communications.

Assist in managing performance-related cases and documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to policies.

Act as a point of contact for HR queries, providing clear guidance and support to employees and managers.

Partner with HR Ops and Talent & Culture to improve processes, tools, and documentation for efficiency and compliance.

Assist in reporting HR metrics and insights to support workforce planning, operational decisions, and management reporting.

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration, ideally covering full employee lifecycle management.

Strong operational and administrative expertise, especially in payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, and statutory compliance.

Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain processes clearly to employees and leaders.

Analytical mindset — able to produce accurate reports and extract insights from HR data.
