As a Mandarin-speaking HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a full range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration
• Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees on various HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and development
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
• Providing translation and interpretation services to facilitate effective communication between Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate and interpret between the two languages
• Familiarity with local labour laws and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
