Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment for outlet and HQ staff
  • Conduct job postings, candidate screening, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and support the offer process
  • Plan, organize, and manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Manage basic training related to SOP, service standards, and compliance
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring and staff turnover reports
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback to support staff retention initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience
