A leading HR services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure HR practices align with legal standards. With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience and strong leadership skills, you will create strategies to attract and retain talent while navigating complex labor laws. Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
Foster two-way communication and establish trustworthy partnership with senior management to transform business demands to HR objective and strategy and meet dynamic departments’ needs efficiently.
Ensure HR practices align with statutory requirements and company values.
Plan and create short‑term and mid‑term talent recruiting strategies and plans.
Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, maintain and improve effectiveness of recruiting processes, selection quality, recruiting marketing and channels in order to meet dynamic hiring demand and business growth.
Conduct effective interviews for various positions and provide coaching to develop new interviewers to ensure a high quality of new hires.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, disputes, and terminations, ensuring resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.
Foster positive / healthy employee relations, promoting a productive and engaged workforce between staff and company.
Bachelor’s Degree and above.
Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, at least 5 years recruitment experience and 3 years management role.
Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Expertise in national and local labor laws and regulations with the ability to independently resolve complex labor disputes.
Proficiency in supporting business growth through talent reviews and succession planning.
Excellent problem‑solving, data driven, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
