The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and supporting operational efficiency. This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement training and development programs to upskill workforce.
  • Monitor workforce planning, attendance, and productivity metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
