A security services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee development, and HR policies. The candidate will manage employee relations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience with Labour Office cases and will be responsible for payroll processing for over 2,000 security guards. The role may involve travel across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. This position is crucial for maintaining a strong workforce and compliance within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development, especially for security guards.
  • Manage HR policies, attendance discipline, employee welfare, and workplace rules.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and Labour Office/court cases.
  • Issue formal letters related to recruitment, resignation, and other HR matters.
  • Lead the company’s HSE and DOSH compliance initiatives.
  • Lead Security and Safety Department, including monthly meetings and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with staff through training, outings, and social activities.
  • Manage payroll department and lead monthly payroll processing for 2,000+ security guards.
  • Travel to all company branches across Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak, if necessary.
