Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Manage HR operations such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, disciplinary actions, and exit processes
  • Responsible for payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handle staff grievances, misconduct cases, and domestic inquiries when required
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
  • Review, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR projects and ad‑hoc assignments as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and labour regulations
  • Hands‑on experience handling full set HR
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and position level.
