Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.

Coordinate interview arrangements and selection activities with hiring managers.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance enrollments, terminations, renewals, and claims.

Manage employee leave records, off-in-lieu, and related entitlements.

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and propose relevant development programs to enhance staff skills.

Conduct employee onboarding, orientation sessions, and manage exit procedures.

Performance and Talent Management:

Supervise employee confirmation processes and oversee the annual performance appraisal cycle.

Employee and Industrial Relations:

Address and manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, investigations, and grievances.

Promote a healthy and collaborative work environment through timely resolution of employee concerns.

Culture and Compliance:

Uphold company values and maintain a positive organizational culture.

Safeguard the confidentiality of HR data and liaise with government agencies as required.

Asset and Facilities Management:

Oversee company property assigned to staff and ensure accurate tracking.

Manage building and facilities operations, including safety, maintenance, and security.
