Job summary

A leading energy company in Kota Kinabalu is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and compliance knowledge, preferably in the oil & gas sector.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of HR experience, at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Manage HR team to deliver effective HR support and services.

Requirements
