Join the dynamic team at BIO‑SCIENCE MARKETING SDN BHD as an HR Manager. In this full‑time position based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy and driving the development of its talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and best practices that support the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation and payroll.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR‑related needs.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or services industry.
