Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to drive key initiatives in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. This role requires overseeing training programs, managing HRDC grants, and supporting organizational development and culture-building activities. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the healthcare industry. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of employment laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic results in a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiar with HRDC related administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Manage HRDC grant applications and sponsorship programs.
• Support competency development and onboarding enhancements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Handle credentialing processes for employees.
