Job summary

A leading investment management firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR Executive (Learning & Development). This role involves conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs and materials, and coordinating on-the-job training for overseas personnel. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and at least 1-2 years in Training & Development. Proficiency in MS Office and HRDC eTRiS is preferred. Qualifications

  • Mature personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years in Training & Development.

  • Good training ability and excellent public presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular training needs assessment across the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and curricula to meet needs.
  • Implement methods to assess training program effectiveness.
  • Process training requests and payment requests with Finance.
  • Coordinate training schedules for overseas Country PICs.

Overview

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced HR Executive (Learning & Development) with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Cyberville.

Responsibilities
  1. Training Need Analysis:
    • Conduct regular assessment and survey to identify training needs across the organization.
    • Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine specific skill gaps and development opportunities.
  2. Training Program Design:
    • Develop comprehensive training program and curricula to address identified needs.
    • Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources.
  3. Performance Evaluation:
    • Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
  4. Training Administration:
    • Processing a training request from staff:
    • Request Submission
    • Process payment request with Finance Department.
  5. On-The-Job Training Country PICs:
    • Coordinate training schedules for overseas Country PICs that are coming to Malaysia for training, in terms of transportation, accommodation, and training rooms.
    • Collaborate with each department regarding their availability to share briefing and training with the Country PICs before they go to the designated Country.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Matured personality and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferable candidate with at least 1-2 years of working in Training & Development
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & HRDC eTRiS
  • Good attitude of training ability coupled with excellent public presentation skill
